Anthony F. Belotta established the firm after successfully representing a broad range of clientele at two leading law firms in Newark, New Jersey and serving as in-house counsel for an American diversified global insurance company. Since the beginning of his legal career in 1997, Mr. Belotta has adhered to high ethical standards and prided himself on delivering effective, timely, and service oriented solutions to complex legal issues facing his clients. Consequently, Mr. Belotta has earned as stellar reputation for his legal skills and outstanding client service.
Mr. Belotta has represented businesses, governmental entities, municipalities, and individuals from all walks of life and all types of social, cultural, and financial backgrounds in all types of matters. Mr. Belotta's broad range of clientele benefit from his years of experience and knowledge garnered from thousands of prior cases and clients. Mr. Belotta has successfully taken numerous cases to trial and argued cases before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division including a victory for the insurance industry in the reported decision of Rivera v. Morales, 373 N.J. Super 494 (App. Div. 2004). Whatever the case or whoever the client, he prides himself on personal involvement in each case and commitment to his clients, understanding their needs, and advancing their interests.
Mr. Belotta's mission is to provide high-quality, affordable legal representation in a client-focused, small firm environment. Mr. Belotta represents many people who have sustained serious injuries or losses and who are trying to recover damages. Mr. Belotta utilizes his extensive experience as an insurance attorney and as an advocate for injured victims in personal injury litigation to guide his clients through the often difficult process of obtaining the compensation to which they are entitled. He understands that individuals don't just require monetary compensation; they also need someone to listen to them, who understands and respects what they have gone through, and who helps them achieve a sense of closure following their loss.
Mr. Belotta serves as a court appointed arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Essex. Mr. Belotta is active in arbitration and frequently hired by other lawyers representing insurance companies or individuals to help them to resolve their personal injury claims. He has also served as a hearing officer for the County of Essex in civil service disciplinary hearings.
